Download the apps for iPhone, Windows or Mac and sign in with your CayTone account. Your company administrator sets up your account in CayTone Control.

Requires iOS 16.4 or later. Android apps are coming to Google Play.

For your computer

CayTone Voice is a full softphone for your desk, and CayTone Fax a fax workspace. Both keep themselves up to date.

Windows 10 or later (64-bit). macOS 12 or later, Apple silicon or Intel.

The first time you open the installer, Windows may show “Windows protected your PC”: choose More info, then Run anyway. On a Mac, open the downloaded file and drag the app into Applications; the first time you open it, if macOS says it can’t verify the app, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

Usually, yes. We check whether your numbers can move before you submit a port request; timing depends on your current carrier and market. Your trial keeps working while a port is in progress.

Do I need a contract?

No long-term contract is required for monthly plans; cancel any time and service runs to the end of the paid month. Annual plans are paid up front at the discounted annual rate.

How does 911/E911 work?

Where supported, emergency calls use the emergency address registered for each line, which you keep current in CayTone Control. Because CayTone is internet-based, emergency calling can be affected by power, internet outages or using a device away from its registered address.

Is CayTone available everywhere in the Caribbean?

We serve the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and most Caribbean countries, plus the United States and South America. Numbers, texting and emergency calling vary by country and territory; sign-up shows what is available where you are, or ask us about a specific market.

What devices can I use?

The CayTone apps run on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac, and you can use compatible SIP desk phones. CayTone Voice, Fax and Control for iPhone are on the App Store now. Everyone on your team gets the same business number features on every device.

What happens after my free trial?

Nothing is charged automatically during the 14 days. Activate whenever you're ready from Billing in CayTone Control; that unlocks number orders, porting and international calling.
